If you’re sick of hearing people talk about pivoting, reinventing and repurposing… then this program is for you. It’s all about doing and getting things done.  This program is specifically designed for export-reliant businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19.

Through this program we will explore:

  • how to pivot your business and increase revenue from a domestic audience,
  • how to adapt your product and services to your new clientele.
  • how to define marketing personas,
  • how to segment your clients
  • how to set revenue objectives.

This program will provide participants with a clear action plan to gain more domestic customers. This program consists of three, three-hour sessions over 10 days and follow-up three-hour session in the 30 days after the training.

Sales Start - Up

Introduction to sales, tailor-made to your business enabling participants to develop their inner salesperson.  If you want to grow your sales, I can help you.

Develop critical sales reflexes and skills and implement a systemic approach to increasing your revenue.
